Q: How long does it take?
A: Generally, the first draft of your portrait will be available for review in 2-3 days after our discussion. Once approved, your order will be processed. FREE ground shipping in the continental U.S. normally takes one week.
Q: Can I request changes?
A: Yes. Two complimentary revisions are included with each order.
Q: Can you create a portrait integrating multiple people from separate photos?
A: Yes, if the angles and positioning of the subjects are compatible with desired output.
Q: Can you create custom background scenes?
A: Yes. If you provide a photo to use, the additional cost will be $25. If you would like me to find a royalty-free stock photo, the additional cost will be $50.

Q: How long does it take?
A: Once I receive photos of the athlete, I will create the portrait and forward it to you (usually 2-3 days) via email for review. Once approved, I will process the print order including framing. Orders are generally delivered in 7-10 business days.
Q: Can we customize the artwork?
A: Yes. We will discuss your desired style and feel, then do our best to deliver your wishes. Revisions can be made and nothing will be printed until approved.
Q: Can we include our branding?
A: Yes. If you would like to include your logo or tagline, we can tastefully add it to the portrait.
Q: What milestones qualify?
A: That is entirely up to you. Whatever accomplishment you deem canvas-worthy is absolutely fine.
Q: Can additional copies be ordered?
A: Yes. Because the artistic design is completed, we can offer additional copies at an attractive, reduced rate.
